About me
I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce (RCS-D) focusing on divorce real estate. Less than 1% of licensed real estate agents nationwide hold this designation. I was trained by Prof. Kelly Murray, a graduate of Stanford and Harvard Law Schools, and the lead investigator/faculty for the National Family Court Project on Housing and Financial Justice. I am trained to neutralize divorce real estate and treat the house as a business transaction, in the best interest of the house and the divorcing spouses. My team and I work with you and your attorneys and mediators to help gather the critical house related documents before and during mediation or discovery, so that you can make an informed decision regarding the house. My team includes mortgage lenders, title and insurance professionals, home inspectors and appraisers

I help couples and individuals, family law attorneys, divorce attorneys, and mediators complete the case file regarding real property and secured house debt by gathering house documents and information for more informed decision making. I work with a team of professionals; Lenders, Title, Insurance, Home Inspectors, and Appraisers in order to provide divorce guidance and house due diligence. The goal is to help preserve home ownership eligibility and protect the credit score of both divorcing spouses.
